A Little About K & K Systems Corporation . . .

In 1974, the authors of "Practice made Perfect" graduated college with honors and degrees in Computer Science and Programming. As consultants for major corporations and working with leading edge technology, their jobs consisted of designing and implementing the NY Telephone Company's first computer online inventory system, in the United States and British Columbia. Their expertise were also needed at Chase Manhattan Bank to design and implement their credit card authorization system, and Canon's Copier Lease and Rental System.

Nine years later, K & K Systems Corporation joined several very prestigious, and knowledgeable Chiropractors and Physicians to begin developing a superior physician's billing system. Using their brilliance and cutting-edge technology, they designed an extremely advanced database that is far superior to anything else on the market today! K & K Systems has continuously kept their software up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and insurance requirements.
Today, "Practice made Perfect" is recognized as the leader in physician's billing software - for it's proprietary data base design, ease of use, speed and flexibility!

Customer Service and Support

Customer service and support is just important as the computer software program that you're buying. When you call K & K Systems' customer support line (during regular business hours), you will get a friendly and knowledgeable account representative at the other end of the phone - not voice mail telling you to press this button for service or that button for help. Let's face it - if you're working on the computer and you have a question, you want it answered NOW! Not 3 hours from now, or tomorrow or whenever the company can get back to you. K & K Systems prides itself in customer support. We are here for you. Our clients are our business and our #1 priority.

On-Site Training, On-Screen Help and Regional Seminars

"Practice made Perfect" is extremely well documented with our sophisticated, state-of- the-art Windows Help System. You can look up topics in a "book format" using a table of contents, search for a particular keyword or lookup subjects using an index. The Help system has hundreds of screen shots, with precise documentation on how to use each feature. You can also click on the context sensitive "Help" buttons found on EVERY screen in our system - this will automatically target to the appropriate explanation in the Help System.

On-site training is always available to our clients. We also hold regional training seminars that you are invited to. These user group training seminars are extremely informative - for both you and K & K Systems. You will learn about the new features that have been incorporated into our software program, as well as listen to guest speakers from electronic billing companies, hardware consultants discussing Y2K issues, hardware upgrades, etc. And, we listen to your suggestions. Over the last 17 years, most of our new software enhancements have come directly from our clients!

E-Mail, Websites and Voice Mail

K & K Systems has voice mail available to our users after normal business hours. You can leave messages for customer support, request fax-back services and order supplies. You may also e-mail questions and suggestions to us on the internet. You can download our latest updates, which are always verified to be virus free. Keeping in touch with our clients is key ingredient to the success of our business.

"Practice made Perfect" System Design

On a single computer, multiple patients can be simultaneously processed. The patients screens can be edited, services added, day sheets printed, narratives generated, letters printed, etc. - in multiple patient folders, at the same time. You can cascade or tile your windows and cut and paste data from one screen to another. You don't have to "exit out" of screens to access another patient's file.

"Practice made Perfect" is also a true multi-user software program. It operates on Windows "Peer to Peer" networking, Windows NT Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server or Novell Netware. All normal operations can be performed simultaneously from all workstations. For example, you can be entering data on a patient in exam room "A", your partner can be doing the same in exam room "B", while your assistant is making appointments at the front desk and your insurance employee is printing worker's comp. forms or electronically billing insurance HCFA forms in the back office. This can all be done at the SAME time, on the SAME network, using the SAME data base!
