Listed below are samples of three reports that our system
produces. "Practice made Perfect" comes standard
with many types of reports, including full and brief day sheets, patient and
insurance aging, numerous statistical and analytical reports, balance
reports, transaction detail reports, service code analysis, patient
receipts and superbills, recall, birthday, new patient, appointment
schedules, etc. These reports have an abundance of report filters such
as reports by doctor or for the entire practice, insurance types, active and
inactive cases and patients, classification codes, billing classes, and
much, much more.
Doctor's Statistical Report

This Practice Management Report is an extremely valuable tool
used to evaluate how your practice is growing. It is based on the
number of new patients per month, and shows your patient visit
average, office visit average, case average, services and income. Most
Practice Management organizations use this report!
Insurance 30-60-90 Detail Aging Report

This is the most important collections report that you will ever see!
Every unpaid visit is categorized into 30, 60, 90 and 120 day columns, and
totaled for each patient. The report is sorted by Insurance Carrier,
with the doctor's provider number, insurance telephone numbers, policy and
group numbers, and last charge and payment dates. You can print this
report for a specific carrier, insurance type or doctor, for any date
range. Once you review these visits, you can rebill them in less than
1 minute! The report has the option of viewing the patient detail (as
stated above), or just patient grand totals, insurance grand totals or
totals by insurance type.
Patient Receipt

This is an example of a patient receipt. It can be
generated for
the patient's charges, each insurance company's charges or for the entire
account. This is extremely useful when a patient need a
"travel" report for insurance, or a detailed statement for
attorneys.
