This is the daily posting screen. This screen is separated
into two sections. The bottom half of the screen displays the account
balance, patient balance and each insurance company's balance. To the right
of that, specific condition information is displayed.
Services, payments, and write-offs are entered in the
"Account Posting" area. Charges and payments may be entered on the
same line. Service code descriptions, ICD9 codes, and fees are automatically
retrieved and displayed.
Each patient's unique insurance coverage (write-off and
co-pay) can be memorized and retrieved by just clicking the "Get
Profile" button. All of the balances are calculated and redisplayed
before you click "Update". This method of data entry is extremely
easy to use and virtually eliminates all mistakes. You can process a
patient accurately and print a receipt in less than 10 seconds!
