Call K & K Systems' customer support line, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST and you will get one of our friendly and knowledgeable account representatives. Our Support staff is highly trained in answering your questions and troubleshooting your problems.  If you need special assistance after hours, just let us know and we'll try and accommodate you. We try to go "that extra mile" when it comes to helping our clients.

Support Plans

We offer a variety of support plans, tailored to meet your needs.  You can purchase packages that include telephone support, buy blocks of support time or pay on a per call basis. Voice mail is available after hours. You can leave messages for customer support, request fax-back services and order supplies. You may also e-mail questions and suggestions to us on the internet and download our latest updates, which are always verified to be virus free. 

Training

K & K Systems offers on-site training and we also hold regional training seminars. Telephone training is available by appointment. "Practice made Perfect" comes complete, context sensitive windows help system and a "Getting Started Guide".
